2. VISA information

ASPEN2019 will issue a Letter of Invitation for participant to apply his/her Temporary Visitor Visa. First, please check if you need an entry visa. It depends on your nationality, citizenship, etc. Please visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and get more detail.

The participants who demand a Letter of Invitation for applying visa should have registered for the ASPEN 2019 and paid the registration fees. After the confirmation, the Chair of ASPEN2019 will issue the Letter of Invitation to you.
