Paper Submission
Abstract submission
An abstract of approximately 200 words is required for each paper. Authors are requested to submit the paper title, author information, preferred presentation format (oral (full paper/brief paper) or poster), and abstract via the conference website (to be announced). The abstract submission deadline is October 16, 2026.
Paper submission
All manuscripts should be prepared using the conference paper template. Papers for oral presentations should be 4-6 pages (full paper) or 2-4 pages (brief paper) in length, while extended abstracts for poster presentations should be 1-2 pages in length. Manuscripts should be submitted as PDF files via the conference website (to be announced). The paper submission deadline is November 27, 2026. Papers presented can be submitted to the special issue in Journal of Advanced Mechanical Design, Systems, and Manufacturing (JAMDSM). Selected papers will be recommended to submit to JAMDSM. All submissions to the special issue will undergo the journal’s standard peer-review process, and invitation does not guarantee acceptance.
