※1 All speaker must register and pay the conference registration fee.
※2 One speaker can give a maximum of three presentations.
However, additional fees will be applied from second and third presentation.
※3 The Conference Registration fee of a regular participant covers the costs of the
attendance to all sessions, conference proceedings (PDF), welcoming reception, banquet,
factory tour.
※4 The Conference Registration fee of a student covers the costs of all as well as the
regular participant of ※3.
※5 Payment: credit card and debit card only (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club,
American Express, or JCB ).
※6 Registration before the conference is strongly recommended to prevent the congestion at
the onsite registration desk.
Reasonable fees are offered for early Conference Registration.
※7 Note that all the presenters of papers are requested to complete the payment of
Conference Registration fee by the deadline of the early registration.
※8 Registration and payment of registration fee can only be made from the online
registration system.
※9 There is not On-site Registration.

Note that there will be no refund of the registration fee for your cancellation once the
registration fee has been paid.
Make sure that you will attend the conference before you make the payment of the
registration fee.
